Regan Slaughter
Director Regan Slaughter is a seasoned leader in the tyre industry, with over two decades of entrepreneurial and corporate experience. From 1999 to 2010, he owned and operated Reagan Alignment Suspension & Chassis Repairs, where he built a strong foundation in vehicle dynamics and business management. Following this, he joined Bridgestone as a Training Manager, sharpening his expertise in workforce development and industry standards. In 2017, he founded Natural Rubber, a company driven by his vision to elevate industry skills and operational excellence. With a deep understanding of the tyre sector and a passion for community upliftment, Slaughter has pioneered training and development programs across government departments, the private sector, and initiatives to upskill unskilled laborers—making a lasting impact on both industry and society.

NR Sakha Izitina are highly certified and qualifi ed (ETDP- SETA) and registered with merSETA to deliver training requirements and is aligned to the companies Quality Management System (QMS) which includes, highly experienced facilitators, assessors, moderators, SDFs, as well as a Design and Developer of OBE Learning Material for the sector.
